About
Tax appointments are in person at the Samaritan House office on Pacific Blvd.
Please make sure you bring the following:
• Identification (Photo ID and Social Security card)
• Personal tax forms (W-2, 1099, etc.)
• Checking/Savings Account Information (Account and Routing Numbers)
• Identity Protection Pin (IP PIN) (if you have one)
Also, please note that the VITA program has an income threshold of $75,000. If your household earns over this amount, we will unfortunately be unable to serve you.
