About
Tax appointments are in person at the Samaritan House office on Pacific Blvd.
Please make sure you bring the following:
• Identification (Photo ID and Social Security card)
• Personal tax forms (W-2, 1099, etc.)
• Checking/Savings Account Information (Account and Routing Numbers)
• Identity Protection Pin (IP PIN) (if you have one)
Also, please note that the VITA program has an income threshold of $75,000. If your household earns over this amount, we will unfortunately be unable to serve you.

I'm not sure if it excepted my response, no indication that it was submitted, but the whole process was great. The gentleman that helped me was pleasant and nice, he even gave me advice for my future. The person logging us in was nice as well, over all great!
